Global War new Node

Ok, Brain Storm BBS now added back into the league and seems to to working.

Removed Global War League 92 as well.
There hasn't been a packet from the Hub since June 13th.
And Marty will not respond to any emails.

Power outage

Power Outage today
So the bbs was down.
Unfortunately now the bbs doesn't want to boot.
I have stuff to do today so it will be later on
before I can try to fix it.
Soon I'm going to put it on different hardware
to try and solve the other problems/crashes the
bbs was having. But I need to clean things up and
surely things will break. Please let me know what
breaks so I can fix it.
